Return Policy

If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with a replacement, or a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price. With our return policy there are no special catches or exceptions, it's extremely simple! All we ask is that you send the item back to us unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it.

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Please contact us by email at orders@eclubes.com.au and include details stating the purchaser's name, address, e-mail address and order number if known. Please await our approval before returning.
2. When the return has been approved, using a good carton, return the product(s) via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice to:

3. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
